20 years ago, I (Paul) became an accidental landlord and long story short... fell into property and dragged Claire along for the ride. (she came willingly honest!)

Investment and Payment Options
It all sounds amazing but… what’s all this going to cost you?

If you’ve looked at property mentoring with other training companies, you’ll already know the gurus will charge you £14,000 to £20,000+.
I seen one yesterday charging £30,000 which is absolutely bonkers to me. That’s a house deposit. Like seriously…
The good news is… we don’t charge anything like that for Property Accelerator.
We are up to 80% more affordable than the most expensive program out there… and that program only includes 12 months of group support, so that’s not even one on one mentoring.
Property Accelerator is currently priced at £5,999 and if you pay in full we give you a 10% discount so those paying in full only pay £5,399.
If that’s a stretch at the moment we do offer payment plans but you will pay the full amount of £5,999.
The biggest question is usually, why is it so much cheaper?
We don’t have a huge marketing budget, we have zero sales people and we focus on quality over selling quantity.
This allows me to charge much less but crucially it allows me to provide much more for my 1-2-1 clients.
