Returns Policy

At PSN Property Education, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.

Property Basecamp Premium only: is mentoring programme and if you have paid on a payment plan you must make all payments. Anyone failing to make all the payments will lose access to the courses purchased and any support, mentoring.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must have proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [contact information]. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
