3. Scope of Mentorship & Coaching

All programmes offered by PSN Property Education (including Property Basecamp, Property Accelerator, or any similarly named programme) are:

  • Education-led mentorship services

  • Guidance and support services only

  • Not “done-for-you” services

  • Not advisory, management, brokerage, or agency services

 

We provide guidance, strategic input, accountability, and educational support only.

 

You remain fully responsible for implementation, execution, compliance, and decision-making.

 

4. Flexibility of Mentorship Focus

Mentorship may cover a range of topics including (but not limited to):

  • Property investing

  • Property sourcing

  • Business development

  • Online education or coaching businesses

  • Strategy, systems, and planning

 

The specific focus may evolve over time.

 

A change in focus does not constitute:

​

  • A new contract

  • A replacement service

  • A failure to deliver the service

 

All mentorship remains delivered under the same service structure, access, and terms.

 

5. Access & Commencement of Services

Upon purchase:

​

  • Access to digital materials is provided online

  • Access is usually granted within minutes but may take several hours

  • Mentorship support and delivery may begin immediately

 

You acknowledge and agree that the service commences immediately upon access being granted, regardless of the level of use or engagement.

 

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds, cancellations, and cooling-off rights are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available at:

That policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

 

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you:

Continued access or use of the service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

 

8. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered:

  • The payment plan represents a commitment to the full purchase price

  • Payment plans are not subscriptions

  • Payments are taken automatically on the agreed schedule

  • Early cancellation does not release you from remaining payments

  • No refunds are provided for partial completion or non-use

 

Access may be suspended if payments fail.

 

Suspension of access does not cancel the payment obligation.

 

9. Mentorship Support Structure

Mentorship programmes may include (where stated):

  • One (1) video call per calendar month, up to 60 minutes

  • Calls must be booked by you and are subject to availability

  • Unused calls do not roll over

  • Calls are for mentoring, guidance, and Q&A purposes only

 

Additional support may be provided via email, messaging platforms, or community spaces.

 

Response times are not guaranteed and are provided at our discretion.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSN Property Education shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Investment losses

  • Business losses

  • Missed opportunities

  • Indirect or consequential losses

 

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

 

You acknowledge that all decisions taken following mentorship are made at your own risk.

 

11. Digital Delivery

All services, materials, and resources are delivered digitally.

 

No physical goods are supplied.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

 

The version in force at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
