Property Accelerator Mentorship Programme

1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy sets out the terms under which referral fees are paid by Property Accelerator for successful introductions that result in the purchase of our mentorship programme. Participation in the referral scheme constitutes acceptance of this policy in full.

2. Referral Fee

A flat referral fee of £150 (GBP) is payable for each qualifying referral.
The referral fee is payable per successful purchase, not per introduction.

3. Qualifying Referral

A referral will be deemed valid only if all of the following conditions are met:

The referred individual is not an existing customer, past or present, and has not previously been in active discussions with Property Accelerator.
Property Accelerator is explicitly notified of the referral before purchase.
The referred individual completes a purchase of the Property Accelerator mentorship programme, either:
- Paid in full, or
- Via a payment plan, with all instalments paid in full and on time.

Referrals cannot be applied retrospectively under any circumstances.

4. Notification Requirement (Critical)

To qualify for a referral fee, Property Accelerator must be notified prior to purchase by one of the following methods:

Email
Verbal notification (direct conversation with Property Accelerator or Paul Rose)
Written message via social media to any official Property Accelerator account

The notification must clearly identify:

The referrer, and
The referred individual

Failure to notify Property Accelerator before purchase will automatically invalidate the referral.

5. Payment Timing

Referral fees are paid strictly according to the payment method chosen by the referred customer:

5.1 Paid in Full Purchases

The referral fee will be paid 15 days after the purchase date, provided no refund, chargeback, or dispute has been initiated within that period.

5.2 Payment Plan Purchases

The referral fee will be paid only after all instalments have been paid in full.
No partial, interim, or pro-rata referral payments will be made.
If the customer defaults, cancels, pauses, or fails to complete the payment plan for any reason, no referral fee will be due.

6. Payment Method & Processing Time

Referral fees are paid via bank transfer only.
Once approved, payments typically take 7–10 working days to clear.
It is the referrer’s responsibility to provide accurate bank details. Property Accelerator accepts no liability for delays caused by incorrect information.

7. Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

If a referred customer requests a refund, initiates a chargeback, or cancels within any statutory or contractual cooling-off period, no referral fee will be paid.
If a referral fee has already been paid and the customer subsequently receives a refund or chargeback, Property Accelerator reserves the right to recover the referral fee or offset it against future payments.

8. Non-Exclusivity

This referral scheme is non-exclusive. Property Accelerator reserves the right to work with other referrers, affiliates, or partners at its discretion.

9. Abuse, Manipulation & Disqualification

Property Accelerator reserves the absolute right to withhold or revoke referral payments where it reasonably believes there has been:

Misrepresentation
Self-referral
Artificial or incentivised referrals without disclosure
Attempted circumvention of this policy
Any behaviour deemed unethical or commercially harmful

Decisions made under this clause are final.

10. Tax Responsibility

Referral fees are paid gross.
The referrer is solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable tax, National Insurance, or other charges arising from the referral income.

11. Amendments & Termination

Property Accelerator reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
The version displayed on the website at the time of referral notification will apply.

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
